Bio

Well that’s me on the picture there. My name is Alfredo Matos, and I live in Aveiro, Portugal.
I studied at the University of Aveiro, where i got my diploma in Computers and Telematics Engineering. I am currently working at IT Aveiro, within the Heterogenous Network Group, where i spend my time doing research in computer networks. I am also currently working on my PhD, which is entitled “Privacy in Next Generation Networks”. Check my CV if you want to know more about my work.

Travel

I have done some traveling around, mostly in Europe, but I’ve been to the US. On my travel pad i have already crossed Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland and Netherlands. Let’s see where i head to next, since i will surely write about, now that i have a blog and all. But for what it’s worth, i always end up coming back to home sweet home, right here in Aveiro, a wonderful place to live in.
